Our product portfolio covers all the equipment needed for turbine installation. The clamping technology on our patented remote-controlled blade yokes is the result of years of development in controlling the pressure put on the blade to ensure maximum friction and minimal load impact on the blade. The latest addition to the product family is the pioneering technology of the LT1500 Liftra Installation Crane, currently under development. This crane offers a more sustainable and hassle-free installation process.
We can deliver all the equipment needed for replacing major components such as gearboxes, generators, transformers, and rotors. Liftra is especially known for the Self-Hoisting Crane technology that is applied globally and recognized for its value in a sustainable and agile service setup. The Basque government, by means of the Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment Department and the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER), as part of the Hazitek 2021 R+D program, granted LIFTRA SL with fundings for two Industrial Research and Development Projects. The first development project aims to develop a multi-brand blade yoke that in combination with a multi-compatible turning gear enables exchange of different blade geometries. The second project is focused on the development of an offshore transformer replacement system.
